Example situation:

You have earned 200 in the last month. Your budget comes to 300 but will show 200 to maintain positive cashflow. However, if you spend the 200 you'll be at 0 but you will probably need to spend more money in the near future taking you into negative budget.

Perhaps we can consider applying the positive cap before the other expenses

Should reduce the budget by forward n days of expenses, where n equals the positive cashflow days
