Problem*
Returning a boxed closure from
Backend,get_backend_infomakes it harder for us to pass the opcode support between functions while making use ofrayon.Summary*
This PR defines a struct to contain information on the opcodes which the backend supports and a method to query this. We can then pass this around as we like.
