triLaud prerelease

I decided to make packages of triLaud, so pepeges can use it.

The noarch 7z file contains trilaud+libraries it needs. Saves you an npm si lule. This assumes you have nodejs installed.

The win64 7z contains 64bit node.js for Windows (the unpackaged official package from http://nodejs.org/download/ )+trilaud+libraries+batch file to start it. Requires Windows 7 or newer. You only need to create a config.js from the template then create channels.txt

Users of GNU/Linux distro and BSD systems are recommended to use their OS' package manager to install node.js, you can use the noarch package.

Users of 32bit Windows are recommended to get a grip. It's not 2005 anymore.
