Delegator vote was lower than chosen on slider. Votes were 49.55% instead of 50%:

When moving slider, there are no 1% "points" but instead you can move slider slightly within every 1%. So although it shows like you are moving slider by 1%, you are really moving with numbers smaller than 1 (0.XX%).
