Configurable focus (or not to change focus) #4

Currently this plugin always changes focus from editor to terminal.
I often run spec per change, so I prefer not steeling focus.

Anyway, thanks for nice plugin..!

Hi @ypresto, I have added the necessary configuration for focus. (specFocusTerminal). Hope it helps.
