Translations available

Hello! Thanks for the great picker. I've been very happy with it.

We've translated our app into four non-English languages (so far) so I have some translated text for the project. I didn't upload it into the repo, however, because I made one change to the text. For the key "networkErrorMessage" I removed the 'Try refreshing.' part. (So I don't have translations for that.)

I've attached the four files here. Next time I update our translations I can get "Try refreshing" translated into the four languages and update these files.

I'm fine with removing the "try refreshing" part. It's kind of presumptuous for one component on a page to offer advice for the entire page, anyway.
