Result definitely looks nicer (new is above, old is below):
I used https://maskable.app/editor to generate these. I also checked https://airhorner.com/manifest.json to see which sizes are actually needed for Android. The other sizes are either Windows or iOS.
I don't love having a billion icons defined in PNG files, but this is apparently the way PWAs are supposed to work. 馃し
