…t isn't in the dist folder, the package.json lists it and I think it will understand association correctly.

cross-envdevDep for windows build compatibility)Are the definitions correct? I think so, but I don't have a good way to test, so I didn't.
I also didn't review for updates since my original attempt. If they're close, we can fix the definitions as issues are found.
What do you think?
