Checkout to the feature branch ansible-and-django and check out the ansible structure.

Create a role for postgress installations
Create pulumi resources for ec2 database instances to the private subnets
Create security groups so that bastion and web servers host can access db
Create a dynamic inventory that targets the db ec2 instances based on an aws tag
