Set colour of visited links for better compatibility

Hey nomad, thanks for the recent updates to mikio!

I'd like to suggest to add a control for setting the colour for visited links.
I'm using mikio together with the translation plugin in the form of coloured buttons and noticed that I cannot change their appearance.

Thanks for the request. I fixed an issue with page links not using the template style with this update, as well as added support to set the color of the link pseudo-classes (visited, hover, active) for regular links, existing page links and missing page links.

This update should be pushed through to Dokuwiki in the next few hours.
