Explain the changes

  1. Add command replace the existing account/bucket file with the same access key or bucket name

Issues: Fixed #xxx / Gap #xxx

Testing Instructions:

  1. add an account with access key access-123
  2. try to add account with same access key, the existing one will get replaced with a new one
  • Doc added/updated
  • Tests added
