Make store owner re-enter new customers password (enter twice) #1820

When creating a new customer the store owner needs to enter the customers password. It would be nice if it asked the store owner to enter the password a second time and it checked to see if the same value was entered in both fields.

After some discussion decided not to implement it out of the box
