In 3.90 seems still impossible to have delivery costs subject to ACL, so Registered customer pay X and Premium customers pay Y (and maybe have different weight scales). Shipping plugins allow filtering by countries, shop, etc. but no bya customer roles.
Now plugins have ACL control over installation. But it is not possible to install the same plugin twice, in order to run differently gains customer roles.
Is it possible to introduce this feature? Products, categories, tier prices, etc. are ruled via ACL, but still payment and delivery are not.
