Products couldn't be added to cart after logout #5194

nopCommerce version: 4.40 develop

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Logout (don't use the incognito mode)
Click the Add to cart button
Go to cart
See that there is no products added to cart

mariannk added the bug label

mariannk added this to the Version 4.40 milestone
