-e switch for encrption is confusing #8

for example for the modify operation.

if -e is set, the document will be encrypted.
If -e is not set and the document is encrypted, it will be decrypted.

This has to be changed to

-e yes
-e no
-e unchanged

if no -e is set, the default value should be unchanged.
