Introduction to Harmony eDelivery Access

Harmony eDelivery Access by NIIS is a free and actively maintained open-source component for joining one or more eDelivery policy domains. Harmony eDelivery Access provides a unified technology stack, an automated installation and upgrade process for selected platforms, and step-by-step installation and upgrade instructions.

Harmony eDelivery Access is based on upon the Domibus and the SMP open source projects by the European Commission.

Installation

The easiest way to install Harmony is to use the installation packages provided by NIIS. The installation guides for Access Point and SMP are available here:

Building Packages

Alternatively, it's possible to build the packages locally. The instructions for building the Harmony packages locally are available here.

How to Contribute?

Submit a pull request to Access Point or SMP source code repository, or an enhancement request to the Harmony Service Desk. A list of existing backlog items is publicly available in the Harmony JIRA.

In order to access the Harmony Service Desk, sign up for an account and request access to the Harmony Backlog. Alternatively, you can use your existing account, sign in and request for access. Once your request has been approved, you're able to access the Harmony Service Desk and the Harmony Backlog. Approving the request typically requires 1-2 business days.
