Similar to #6 , we need to provide an ability to specify the directory for cordova-hcp server command.

For example:
cordova-hcp server path/to/directory

If directory not specified - utility uses www folder.

Now you can specify which folder to use as a server's root directory: cordova-hcp server my_www_folder. By default, www is used
