Minimap is empty

I have a problem with the minimap. The frame loads properly. However, it does not display a map in the frame, the frame is empty. The Firefox error console has the following error message:

Error: No value provided for variable {id}

Can someone help me?

This is not a familiar error message, you will have to make a jsfiddle or similar showing the problem if anyone is going to be able to help you.
