Add fourgrams

Add a parser to input shorter commands instead of the annoying message every time, such as:
- 'a X t' to add the substitution 'X' -> 't'
- 'd t' to delete the substitution 'X' -> 't'
- 'r' to reset the substitution list
- 's' to print all ciphertext stats
- 'p' to print the ciphertext with the current substitutions
- 'p p' to print only the plaintext so far
- 'q' to quit
- 'h' for a list of possible commands
