Hello, i write manual for gentoo systems, may be this will be helpful)

How install Sverchok on gentoo-based system (with main deps):

update external overlays list  
# eselect repository list  
[68]  cg # (https://github.com/brothermechanic/cg)  
select "cg"  
# eselect repository add cg git https://github.com/brothermechanic/cg  
update cg  
# emerge --sync cg  
install media-blender/sverchok  
# emerge -av sverchok 

However there are no SciKit-Image, Circlify and Ladybug packages,

but they can be added manually from external overlays or pip
