Jenkins Junit version 1.27 picks up only the content of the message, and not the longer explanation for the reason skipped. It would be better if 'nose2' put the longer reason into the message so it's available from the Jenkins test review page.

For example, in the following, only "test skipped" appears in the Jenkins web page describing the reason skipped.
RR test did not set priority correctly; do we have permission?

Show skip reason in junitxml "message" field
