As requested by @yabinmeng.
Downgrade NB Pulsar version from 2.11.1 to 2.10.4 to avoid NB S4J execution failure (runtime version conflict).
Root cause understood as: S4J using the pulsar admin client and there is a missing method in Netty in 2.11.1.
