Add last supported version for Win2k in SUPPORTED_SYSTEM.md

6.6.9 is the last version to "offically" support Win2k, although 6.7.3 also works if i remember correctly.

Close #11971

Apparently the latest version of Notepad++ v8.4.7 no longer loads/works on Windows Vista x64.
I get a Popup Error Message when it attempts to load:
notepad++.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point CoGetApartmentType could not be located in the dynamic link library ole32.dll.

Have no such problems with v8.4.6.
