Description of the Issue

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Make sure Settings->Preferences->Default Directory->Open all files of folder instead of ... is NOT checked
  2. Create a directory called faw_test wherever you like
  3. Create a subdirectory called cmd
  4. Drag the faw_test directory onto Npp

This should result in something like

Select faw_test and use the context menu to run "Cmd here"

Expected Behavior

a cmd shell opens in faw_test directory

Actual Behavior

an EXPLORER opens in the CMD directory
