[Feature Request] Add a scrollbar and mouse-wheel support to the macro menu

Description of the Issue

When you have many macros the macro menu features scrollbuttons (arrows) to move up and down.
However that's a very slow process, the slower the more macros you have. Much quicker and more conveniant would be to have a scrollbar in this menu. Also the mouse-wheel doesn't work either in this menu.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Open the macro menu when having more macros to fit vertically on the screen:
Scrollbuttons get added, but no scrollbar and no mouse-wheel support.

Expected Behavior

Macro menu should have a scrollbar and mouse-wheel support.
