Description of the Issue

The menu key does not work when the Project Panel has focus.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Select any item in the Project Panel
  2. Press the Menu Key

Expected Behavior

The context menu to appear (as would happen if you right-clicked)

Actual Behavior

Nothing
