Toggle Bullet Impact Sounds

CS:GO Sourcemod plugin for giving clients the ability to toggle bullet impact sounds. Coded with clientprefs so player settings are saved.

• sm_hitsound_volume - Sets the default volume of impact sounds if not disabled (Default: 0.3)
