The above link refers to Noto Serif normal width but all Sans, Serif, and Sans Mono display this problem.

We do not control the content nor the links on fontlibrary.org. If I look what Google published - see, for example, https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-fonts/tree/master/phaseIII_only/unhinted/ttf , then I can see U+2184 in all of the fonts.

I downloaded this font from this Github repo, and the font is still lacking the mentioned glyph, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to re-open this issue.

There are glyphs for U+2183 ROMAN NUMERAL REVERSED ONE HUNDRED (Ↄ) in "Noto Sans Symbols" (all eight font styles).

U+2184 LATIN SMALL LETTER REVERSED C (ↄ) is in Noto Sans, Noto Sans Mono and Noto Serif fonts. Its uppercase U+2183 ROMAN NUMERAL REVERSED ONE HUNDRED should be in there too instead of in Noto Sans Symbols fonts.

U+2183 is still missing from the LGC fonts. This should be reopened.

@marekjez86, this report is about U+2183, not U+2184. It should not have been closed.
