I tried to do multitargeting for F# project.
And until I put https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/blob/master/src/Tasks/Microsoft.NET.Build.Tasks/targets/Microsoft.NET.Sdk.FSharpTargetsShim.targets into msbuild.sdk.extras\2.0.54\Build\targets build does not work and asks for it
