feat: update the links and logo in the navbar

• What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
  Docs update: In consultation with the designers, we decided to get rid of the icons for the menu items in order to come to a more concise design, we also updated the logo to make it more readable
