What change does this PR introduce?
As in the designs there was a field description we add it to the layout entity as it could be useful for users to explain what's the layout for and about in case they use weird naming for the layout.
Why was this change needed?
So we are on pair with designs and UI. 🤜🏻 🤛🏻
