NV-2204 Update UX copy and links to the documentation for providers

What?

Links to docs inside the chat in the template store for all available providers.

Why?

Currently, those links lead to the provider docs, that we can't manage. The documentation describes the process of getting credentials but not step-by-step instructions on how to connect with a provider.

How?

Update description and links. New UX copy below:
