fix: add redirect / to /docs

  This pull request removes a prefix /docs in URL, and add a redirect from /docs/* to /* pages
• What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
  When you open the home page of documentation, it opens a page with button Get started. It doesn't seem useful.

• What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
  The home page of documentation will be /

• Other information:
  The URLs on the website have been replaced according to the changes in this PR
