에러가 시시각각 발생하여 모두 무시하게 수정하였음.

에러로그는 work.log가 아니라 에러로그 파일에 별도로 기록되어야 하므로, stderr에 에러 메시지가 출력되도록 하려는 의도로 error 명령을 사용했는데, 그렇지 못하다면 수정이 필요하겠네요.
