Feature Request: Name access tokens

Hey npm folk 👋. Thanks for all the hard work you do 👍.

It would be really handy to be able to add notes/names to access tokens on the tokens page. Some tokens are kept around for things like Travis CI - it'd be nice to add a little note/name to those so when we go back to the page we can see which is for what (kind of like github does with personal access tokens) 😄.
