Progressive Delay implemented

• Dynamic CPU clock selection, Adds about 25% of working time. Buzzer beeps about 30 minutes with 0.33F supercap.
• Implemented Progressive delay. Every 5 minutes delay increases by 8 seconds until max 32 seconds.
• Also returned volume adjustment support (for testing purposes).

Working Version without using ADC

In this version buzzer always works on full power.
