README file should list dependencies for building under Cygwin

Requirements section in README file
(http://code.google.com/p/googletest/source/browse/trunk/README) doesn't
list requirements for building gtest under Cygwin. The necessary packages
include:
* libtool, automake, and autoconf for configuring builds out of svn
* gcc, make, and python for building gtest

Currently, the README file lists only Cygwin version required for building.

It has been >7 months and no one has complained about this.  I suggest either 
close 
it as "won't fix" or fix it now.
