• fix opening ans files with special symbols in filename
• fix scrolling for ans. Sometimes opening ans after previous file was scrolled scroll is not reseted
• fix document height for case when screenHeight > height > screen height - dock height
• don't display EOF character
• remove app name from title. Only show app name if there is no open document

• restore window when opening file if it was minimized
