Implement General Satellite Derived Bathymetry Function

There is a linear relationship between green-blue ratio and ocean depth. This signature does mix with sea floor type however. I've has some success doing this with Landsat by normalizing all bands with near-infrared signals. Attempts should be made to create a data driven or CNN based approach to stabilize the depth estimation from lower cost imagery (such as RGB air photos). This would be useful for benthic habitat mapping.
