Error by using extractEnrichmentOverlap function

Hi,
I wanted to get my overlap regions by using the extractEnrichmentOverlaps function, but it allways gives me the Error in .subset(x, j) : invalid subscript type 'S4'
Obviously I have a wrong datatype as input, but I can´t find out what datatype I need instead of S4. Also my colleagues used the exact same data for runLOLA and that worked. Had anyone the same problem or could help me?
