- Added some better descriptions and clarified datasets/mission names
- Decimated the ATM data to improve speed, especially for plotting.
- Omit ILVIS data from order and visualizations
- Left the projections as geodetic() in cartopy
- ifp_togeopandas for ICESat-2 still not working for me, so IS2 is not included in stacked_df and plots
