Getting some weird resutls with the mmr_share_xe100_burnup variations. Will need to re-run to see if there was some error in the inputs
Update OAT sensitivity analysis
The input to test_get_lwr_energy1/2 are updated to relfect that the prototype names must be in a list. The result of test_add_receiver_prototype is updated to reflect the change in column name frm Prototype to ReceiverPrototype
Ensure the branch is the most current with the master branch
With the addition of the MMR and Xe-100 burnups as parameters varied in the global analysis, the file names were changed to only reflect the variation in the advanced reactor build share to prevent the file names from being too cluttered with five different variable names, if only one of them is different between the directories

Conflicts: input/haleu/sensitivity-analysis/oat/OAT_Analysis.ipynb
This file is created from running the cross-sections.ipynb, so the data file itself is not needed in the repository
The commodity and recipe names of the advanced reactor prototypes and the input files were modified so that the recipes for each prototype/reacotr design can be used in all of the scenarios. Therefore, a file for the recipes for just the recycle scenarios is not needed
Changes were made in preparation of performing sensitivity analysis and optimization of a closed fuel cycle transition. But that work was not performed, so the changes are not needed at this time
Other updates include adding a column to the input/haleu/README.rst to say the file name for each input file and update the bash scrit to loop over running all of the files
Add information for closed fuel cycles
