MigrateGMusic2Spotify.py now:
- Appends a CSV log. The first column is the playlist name and the second is the full track name
- creates Spotify playlists as private instead of public by default
MigrateGMusic2Spotify.py no longer:
- creates duplicate Spotify playlists
- adds duplicate tracks to your Spotify library
- adds duplicate tracks to your Spotify playlists
- throws an 'index out of range' error when the Spotify search returns zero results

v1.0_stable
