  var connection = Substitute.For<IConnection>();
  connection.SomethingHappened += () => { /* some event handler */ };
  connection.Open();

  Received.InOrder(() => {
    connection.SomethingHappened += Arg.Any<Action>(); <-- NS1004
    connection.Open();
  });
}

The code above rises NS1004 warning even though it is a valid NSubstitute configuration - see https://nsubstitute.github.io/help/received-in-order/
