This PR updates the cleaning of gva data and adds a function to pull geocoding data via censusxy package.
There's a remaining issue where only 1474/2804 cases were geocoded in the dataset. For example, Delaware | Wilmington | 200 N Broom St is not geocoded. I'm thinking about using another package to add Zip code to the data, but I'm not sure if that fixes the issue.
Also note that it takes so long to pull run
geocode. Currently, this routine only runs when there is noincidents.rdsdata file in the data folder.
