Not sure if this is allowed by firefox so far, but when a window is not focused, it should be possible to change the color of the bar, otherwise two windows will look exactly the same when not using the desktop decorations.

I thought that's what this option was supposed to but it does not appear to do anything from what i can tell. I downloaded this addon mainly for that feature because it would tab organization for me a lot easier being able to discern between them using colors.

The "Enable page colors on inactive windows" setting only disables the custom website colors on inactive windows. It doesn't actually dim down the colors on inactive windows, although this is something I can add.
