Currently, endpoint/recipients are used both for logging (e.g. builtin SQLite) and blocking (e.g. Fail2Ban). They need to be divided into two families where

  • blocking recipients are automatically bound only to the "Jailed Pool" and cannot be moved to other pools
  • logging (i.e. non blocking) recipients can't be bound to "Jailed Pool"

Blocking recipients are called when a host is added and removed to/from the jailed pool. Logging recipients work as today
