Documentation is not accessible (403 Forbidden) #42

The documentation linked in Readme.md is not accessible:
http://pkg-build.racket-lang.org/doc/pict3d/index.html
The error is: 403 Forbidden (access denied)

And I've just added a missing dependency on the https://github.com/jeapostrophe/pict3d fork, which should fix some of the pkg build errors.
