The size of section titles in the Numba documentation is quite large compared to the paragraph font size. It would be nice to shrink it a bit.

I'm not sure what the most straightforward way to do this is. Presumably we want to look at: https://github.com/ryan-roemer/sphinx-bootstrap-theme#adding-custom-css
