Headings are smaller, body text bigger, increased the size of the side margins (to make reading text easier), and adjusted the Numba logo to be a little larger.

Thanks for the PR. I've built this locally, this renders as shown and it has a far better balance between title and text sizes. It's good to know where the file to tweak this sort of thing is! Merging!
